Welding Team Building

Our most well known team building event, welding! This team building is a great way to get everyone onto a level playing field as every person on the team will learn a new skill. Teams will then spend time building either a water bucket or an iron gondola that they race in the parking lot. Learning a new skill and practicing team work has never been this fun.
