Our most well known team building event, welding! This team building is a great way to get everyone onto a level playing field as every person on the team will learn a new skill.

Teams will then spend time building either a water bucket or an iron gondola that they race in the parking lot. Learning a new skill and practicing team work has never been this fun.

This immersive team-building experience is a grand event centered around systems integration and effective team communication.

Participants will learn welding skills and collaborate to construct a life-sized device aimed at scoring points. This engaging challenge not only entertains but also pushes teams to synergize wood, metal, and innovative ideas into a cohesive whole!

Slot car is a full day activity that will test your teams ability to break down silos and integrate products together.

Teams will be taught various parts of the technology solution but not one person will hold all the cards! Your team must then work together to piece together the right solution that can only be reached through communication and team work.

This program is designed for teams of any size seeking to foster creativity and enhance communication. Team members will engage in hands-on learning of soldering and laser cutting techniques, emphasizing the importance of knowledge sharing within the team for achieving success.
