Daedalus Drone Frame (V2 Beta Release)

$50

7.5” Frame

Our 3D-printed drone frame built for adaptability, durability, and ease of use. Designed for the Formlabs Fuse 1+, it utilizes SLS Nylon 12 and comes from our experience training thousands of service members to build drones. Despite the lack of carbon fiber, it maintains the necessary rigidity and impact resistance while staying just as lightweight as an equivalent carbon fiber frame. Its modular design allows for rapid customization—swap arms for different sizes, integrate a gimbal, or repair/replace components with ease. Unlike traditional FPV drones, accessing the components for soldering, configuration and troubleshooting takes just seconds and does not require a hex key.

Designed to be printed on a Fuse 1+ SLS 3D Printer.
