The Education Associate is expected to spend the rest of their time on education engagements; however, they may also be occasionally tasked with facilitation and other department projects. Building Momentum is a small, flexible team that collaborates across all departments when needed.

The Education Associate’s primary role during the summer season is to help coordinate summer camps. This includes training seasonal hires, purchasing materials, administrative work, providing support for camps, and reporting back to the Education Director.
